Battery Service and Maintenance

Our technicians are certified battery specialists and are qualified to:

• Properly water battery levels
• Replace battery cell(s) to save batteries
• Repair batteries and chargers (under most circumstances)*

*If our technicians are unable to repair a battery or a charger, our service team will notify you immediately. With your approval only, a new one will be tracked down and installed for you.

Battery Maintenance: As with regular maintenance, battery maintenance is optional but highly recommended to avoid costly repairs in the future.

Similar to how our forklift maintenance program works, you will be offered a customized battery maintenance schedule tailored to the usage of your machine(s) and the number of operation hours (per machine).

• You will be set up either quarterly, thirdly, or semi-annually.
• For every machine that has been signed up, our service team will remind you when your next battery maintenance is due.
